National Day of Reckoning! [Impeach Obama]
November 20, 2014 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 11/20/2014 11:53:25 AM PST by Jim Robinson

Received a message this morning requesting a repeat of the National Day of Protest against amnesty that was held a couple of months ago. I'm all for it, but think this time it should be entitled, "National Day of Reckoning!" and should be repeated weekly for the duration.

FR was instrumental in leading the fight for impeachment against the criminal Clinton. Well, Clintoon was a piker compared to our new tyrant. As much as the Republicans fear impeaching our first black president, I'm afraid it must be done. The Constitution demands it!!

We cannot cower in fear as our wannabe dictator burns down our Republic. Amnesty by executive decree lights the fuse to final and total destruction of our Constitution and our beloved Republic if allowed to stand.

ObamaCare by hook and crook was bad enough. Conspiracy, lying, cover-up and treason in Fast & Furious and Benghazi was way over the top. Politicizing the IRS, EPA, DHS, etc, are impeachable offenses. Even the Democrats agree (Nixon). Wholesale spying on the people is an impeachable offense. But now after we the people through our elected representatives have soundly rejected every attempt at amnesty by both parties for over a decade if Obama decrees amnesty by executive order, he is definitely declaring war on we the people and has criminal intent on destroying the Constitution and our Republic.

The only valid constitutional remedy for an obviously out of control criminal president is impeachment!!

Empty threats of defunding or lawsuits are worthless. Articles of impeachment detailing the president's many crimes and misdemeanors must be drawn up and brought to a vote. If so, the House has no choice but to impeach.

Then we the people must work like hell during the next two months to convince enough Democrat and RINOs in the Senate to convict and remove. It can and shall be done. Articles of impeachment now, trial and removal by the Senate in January.

Like the man said, this one is for all the marbles. Damn the political torpedoes, full speed ahead!!

Call, email, write, visit your congressmen and senators!! The usurper must be impeached and removed for his blatant high crimes and treason against the Constitution, the Republic and We the People!!

FRiends, Patriots and Countrymen: Prepare for action against the lawless usurper who has declared war on you, your Liberty and the Blessings of Liberty of our posterity!!

If you love liberty, you will heed the call!!

Can someone explain to me why congress doesn't hold in contempt every bureaucrat that attempts to implement this?

Non-violent protest, if anything as such could ever get off the ground, will not help as long as a man such an BHO is the president. He. does. not. care. If the congress proves impotent, we are between a rock and a really hard place.

What I gave was the law...nothing less and nothing more. So if you want to promote lawlessness, go ahead, it makes you on the same level as Zero.

Harry Reid said: “Obama's E/O is something that is fair and the right thing to do.”

Note to Harry J. Gruber: "SO WAS THIS."

What the Republican takeover looked like midnight 11/5---
<> Alaska went Republican; on Dec 6 so will LA. <>Democrats
who ran ON amnesty were soundly defeated. <>Of 140 Southern
state legislative districts, 110 went Republican. <>Texas is
redder than ever. <>Illiois has a Repub governor.

In no way did I promote lawlessness and how dare you say I’m on the same level as Obama. What I meant, and thought was clear, is that I don’t believe it matters how much protesting occurs because he obviously doesn’t care what the majority of the people want. He thinks he knows best. If he has the mindset most of us think he does, inferred from his many words and deeds over the years, the voice of the people will simply bring out long, pretty speeches on how we are wrong, misguided, and he knows best.

And by the way, While saying that I don’t believe protests will sway the president I do feel that with enough people at the LOCAL/STATE levels appealing to their representatives, which are much more beholden to their constituents by the mere fact that they are in the communities and have to deal with the day to day interaction, phone calls and lobbying, this is where I think change could come from. In other words...putting pressure on our GOP reps to heed our cries.

But what do I know I’m just a working-class (young) grandmother.

Boehner said some pretty strong words; folks need to keep calling him and his colleagues and tell them:

IMPEACH THE 0!

Boehner disagrees with you.

See this part of his comments on the 0 amnesty speech:

“.... President Obama has cemented his legacy of lawlessness and squandered what little credibility he had left.

His ‘my way or the highway’ approach makes it harder to build the trust with the American people that is necessary to get things done on behalf of the country.

Republicans are left with the serious responsibility of upholding our oath of office.

We will not shrink from this duty, because our allegiance lies with the American people.

We will listen to them, work with our members, and protect the Constitution.”

These points he made do NOT involve funding 0’s lawlessness!!!!

“Uphold our oath”

“Our allegiance lies with the American people”

“... protect the constitution “

They DO point to action entirely the opposite of ‘funding’!

Aren’t write-ins and lobbying in the non violent protest category? We can call and write our Representatives and Sentators as a group and make more impact than as individual.

You know plenty....it’s grandmothers who make the difference, if the truth were known. WE pray, we instruct, we model the right behavior.

Yes, they are but we’ve called, faxed and E-mailed on various issues over the years and with the crop of reps we’ve had it doesn’t seem to do any lasting good. What I’m talking about is more conservatives should have been allying with and growing the Tea party or another similar vocal group. Problem is, they can’t seem to get off the ground in such a seemingly liberal, progressive society as we seem to be now. Hopefully things might change for the better and the downward spiral stop with the Republicans gaining seats.

Even though that is true, our only legal resource is as we discussed.

Have a good day.

The Constitution simply says that the Congress shall have power to..."To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court; "

The legal beagles I've read so far say that only means federal appeals courts and district courts to relieve the burden of the Scotus.

However, if one simply reads the text literally, there is no mention of what kind or court, what it's to focus on, and how it's to be convened.

My understanding is that there is currently a law in place that specifies, and without doubt, that illegals cannot receive the benefits that the president is conferring upon them. We need to find that law.

It is not 'prosecutorial discretion' to directly countermand and existing law and order something that is specifically declared illegal to do.

Apparently the Democrat-Socialists didn’t get the message of the last election. Or, perhaps, elections don’t really matter anymore. We the People don’t matter anymore.
