In that CIR bill the Senate passed, there was tax breaks to businesses that hire these people. I guess that pretty well would end any hope American people have to get jobs.

Oh yes...and in fact one businessman boasted he replaced three workers ‘already’.... not only does he save by having them work for minimum wage rather than 15 hourly that he was...but he automatically saves over 2 grand per employee because he does not have to provide Health Insurance.
They are also bonused another grand if they hire someone who is ‘unemployed’ and stays with their company for a year.

My point was that there have ALWAYS been ‘Hispanics’ in the area.
