Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) says impeachment should be on the table if President Barack Obama moves forward with executive amnesty. Speaking with Breitbart News Wednesday evening, Jones explained that should Obama move to unilaterally legalize undocumented immigrants, it would be a constitutional issue, not an issue to be solved by restricting funding, as some Republicans have floated. “To me a constitutional question means that we have the option of impeachment,” Jones said, explaining that he thinks the best option to confront Obama’s executive amnesty would be impeachment. “We have a Constitution, and I am very disappointed from year to year that we do not follow the Constitution. To me, if you think the president has violated his trust of office, meaning with the American people, then follow the Constitution,” Jones added. The North Carolina Republican is no stranger to calls for impeachment, having at varying times seen impeachment as a way to deal with Obama on Obamacare and former President George W. Bush on Iraq. He voted against the Republican resolution earlier this year to sue the President over Obamacare because he said it would be kicked out. He told The Hill at the time that impeachment would be preferable if the GOP were serious about the issue. Jones further noted that he supported a resolution from former Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) to impeach Bush over Iraq. “We continue to forget that we have a constitutional responsibility, and to me, look at the constitutional responsibility first before you look at something second,” Jones said to Breitbart News, then stressed that he thinks Obama is a “fine person.”

It would not matter what Obama does because the Constitution no longer matters. We are a Fascist Oligarchy, and the rule of law no longer exists or applies to those who are in power.

The possibility of impeachment is a constitutional provision, so no one can take it off the table. My only request for anyone choosing to use it is that they try the case for a high crime or misdemeanor that is so obvious, so egregious, and so universally known and rejected that there is no chance of badly losing the trial in the Senate. It should be a win, or so close to a win, that no one will ever be able to question the wisdom of the action.
So, we are talking of certain conviction.

We gave the GOP a STUNNING victory, and they just ‘roll over’. One lonely voice out there saying ‘maybe’ to impeachment.
The House caucus elects Bone-head again, a man that conservatives DESPISE. The Senate caucus UNANYOUSLY elects McConnell — a publicly sworn enemy of the Tea Party.
Face it. We held our noses and supported them. What do they do? They spit on us, slap us in the face, and tell us to shine their shoes.
I’m not surprised, and many of you aren’t either.
But guess what? We didn’t win that campaign for THEM. This last election was more than just a GOP victory. It was the opening salvo of a Counterrevolution.
The only question is, how do we wage such a conflict without congress?
I anticipated this back-stabbing. I was so certain that I started planning years ago.

Just remember the people that supported this GOP and when amnesty hits, send the illegals...excuse me, newly minted Americans to their homes and businesses so they can get the assistance these people chose to offer them. Fair is fair.
All you need to know is that any talking head that spent years trashing Romney as the Antichrist and in the final weeks, demanded we vote for him to Save America are not to be trusted.
