Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-Louisiana) took to the Senate floor this afternoon to push for the Keystone XL pipeline.
"This has been a project that has lingered far too long," she said. "It is clearly supported by 60 or more members of this body. It is a piece of legislation that has been endorsed by the new Majority Leader, to-be Majority Leader, is a cosponsor and a leading cosponsor of the legislation."
"I believe it is time to act," Landrieu said. "I believe that we should take the new Majority Leader at his word and stop blocking legislation that is broadly supported by the American public and has been for quite some time. I want to say yes to new Majority Leader Mitch McCconnell. The time to start is now. The public has clearly spoken."

Desperate Mary.

This has got to be a satire piece.
It’s that, or Landrieu is pivoting so fast to the right, she’s gonna fall over from dizziness.

Well, Mary, that's a good start. The public has also spoken about not having crap like Obamacare shoved down our throats. Gonna agree with us on that, too?
Didn't think so. What a despicable phony you are, now that you're grasping for straws to keep your seat.

Looks like Hail Mary is going to throw a few punches as she’s going down. She all but ratified the fact that Obama and Reid have been the ones holding things up. She might as well take Harry and Obama through the mud for putting her in this place and then yanking the funds for advertising from her. Time for the Dems to eat their own!
To: Third Person
Not desperate enough. She should be calling for the repeal of the ACA.

Mary Landrieu should be called a Chameleon Democrat for saying and being whatever she has to be to get votes. Hope Cassidy cleans her clock next month. I suggest that Landrieu run on a presidential ticket with Charlie Crist in 2016 since both of them want to be all things to all people.

Since you bring it up, what was Landrieu's position on Jindal's opposition to Obola's indifference mitigating the BP Oil leak?
Jindal wanted to try stuff, but was turned down by BHO & Co. at every opportunity, preferring to let the oil do its damage.
