Again Oregon voters show their disconnect from who they put in office. This bill to allow illegals to be licensed was the governors brain child. The corrupt governor was re-elected on the same ballot.
Quick, find a Fed Judge — This large vote margin is prima facie evidence it is unconstitutional.

Doesn’t matter what voters vote on state issues anymore. A blackrobe oligarch can come along and say “equal opportunity” or some other nonsense gobbledygook and overrule a vote of the people.

Well, if it works anything like California, the public’s decision will be appealed to the State Supreme court, shot down, and then wind up rounding the drain of the Ninth Circuit Court, by which time every illegal up there will have a driver’s license and top level government clearance.

Certainly, US citizen criminals could take advantage of these laws by creating multiple new identities and apply for welfare benefits or simply elude the law.
If this administration got full out totalitarian, a lot of the good people will need to get fake IDs for self preservation.
Blacks DO NOT like, as a rule, illegal aliens, especially those from South of the Border. So this represents an opportunity for other states to do like Oregon and put out ballot measures like this to repudiate the de facto amnesty of illegal aliens.
