Coakley has lost again!!!!
Yes ch 4 said he was up by about 25k. If when all are counted he’s up by 12k or so, that would be close enough to trigger the auto. recount.
Supposedly Charlie will speak to his crowd, probably no “we won” but “it’s looking good”. It’s not polite to declare victory before opponent concedes. At Coakley HQ they are sending the folks home.
A RINO Republican, but still much better than the awful Martha Coakley.
Meanwhile, here in Maine, FOX has called the Maine governor’s race. Our conservative GOP governor, Paul LePage, has won re-election. Wa-hoo!
Good. She belongs in prison for what she did to Gerald Amirault.
why? <^..^>
YOU LOST, YOU FRIDGID, MARXIST PIG!!! CONCEDE YOU LOSER!!!
I SPIT AT YOU MARCIA COAKLEY!!!
Croakley...
Pat Quinn loses too, refuses to concede. Like pulling blood from a stone getting these *uckers to quit.
YEP!!! YOU KNOW MY SOLUTION!!!
If she can lose twice in four years in deep-blue Massachusetts, she must be one godawful candidate.
But how many of them are actual conservatives?
Maine... LePage re-elected... only Tea Party conservative in New England
Massachuttes... Charlie Baker is a RINO
Maryland = No clue on Larry Hogan, wouldn't have ever guessed he'd win. The previous GOP governor, Bob Ehrlich, was one of the few pro-choice Republicans I like (and he was the most recent GOP governor since Spiro Agnew) Good riddance to Martin O'Malley, I'm overjoyed that RAT "rising star" is gone.
Illinois = Bruce Rauner is a RINO combiner in bed with Rahm Emanuel. I expect him to be the Illinois version of Michael Bloomberg.
Wisconsin = Scott Walker is a conservative and it's great to see him kicking RAT butt for the 3rd time in 4 years.
Connecticut = I'm guessing Tom Foley is a squishy moderate?
O’Malley ain’t gone, he’s the great male hope against Hillary, Hogan won his open seat. Castro is the other one to watch, Hispanic Obama.
Hogan seems to be decent. He’s pro-life but avoided abortion talk. Abortion isn’t going anywhere in MD.
His daddy was a (fairly conservative I think) GOP Congressman and PRINCE GEORGE’S county exec back when the GOP could win that county.
Foley, yes. Moderate. Rat is ahead though. VT still not called for the rat.
Pete did the GOP candidate for CT Treasurer or whatever win or what?
things too close to call officially. But it seems to mean that Herbst beat DEM Nappier by about 1% ... only major win. But we gained 9 House seats to go to
89 to 62 GOP
and about 2 Senate seats to go to
20 to 16 GOP
the mess in the cities with provisional same day ballots and ABs will bring the races into tomorrow. But, think Herbst is the only one with a shot ... and he is likely winner.
Foley is an anti=communist Capitalist and took more conservative positions this time on social issues. More conservative than 4 years ago.
Ping to 53, 411 on CT
HerbstNapier is CT Treasurer.
RE Coakley:
GOPSter... admit it... secretly, you have a crush on her!!! hahah!!!
She’s the Harold Stassen of Massachusetts.
No. But Khent’s got one on you.
Kerrigan said Coakley wants every vote to be counted. They're hoping for a trunk full of ballots to turn up somewhere. So folks, its going to be a long night, or rather, a long morning, he said before leaving the stage.
Were behind right now, said John Walsh, former chairman of the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Theres enough votes there that need to be counted. The nature of election night results are such that if you look at the election night numbers and the reported numbers three days later, theres always a little shift. You got a few towns that are out there hand-counting, which happens every time. Usually, nobody pays attention, because it doesnt matter.
Walsh said no one is giving up until the final counts are done.
Haha!!! Settle down, Stubby...!!
