In the past when Parker was on the city council she never made a big deal about her sexual orientation, being more of a somewhat fiscal conservative. Now I believe that all that has been taqiyya. Texas is a politically schizophrenic state; it's a historically liberal dixiecrat state that thinks it's a red state.
