Gen. Wesley Clark placed part of the blame for the Syrian Civil War on blamed climate change in a discussion on Fridays broadcast of HBOs Real Time.
Clark said Its what was behind a lot of the violence in Syria, its happening in East Africa, its happening in West Africa. Right now.
