Czars are not meant to be found, they are only there to take the blame, as obama screws everything up, they serve no other purpose, as of now Klain is doing an outstanding job staying invisible and accumulating blame, don’t worry Klain will be in the limelight soon enough.

After Klain performs his duty deflecting blame from obama’s Obola, and is successful, he will be given a new position performing the same duty, as obama continues to create yet another greater crisis.

The sad fact is, he doesn't have to show up.  He was never meant to show up.  He was only meant to be a person Obama could shift blame off on.

He wasn't going to be tasked with anything more.  At least this is the honest way to go about that.  Obama has made it crystal clear what the guy's real function is.

He doesn't have one.  He's just the go-to blame guy.

Once he's blamed for something, he'll resign and another person will fulfill the function until they resign.  And then another, and another, and another...
