101st Airborne Won’t Get Full Protective Hazmat Suits for Ebola Mission in West Africa

Unbelievable. Troops from the 101st Airborne Division will not receive full protective Hazmat suits for their mission in West Africa. They’re being sent to West Africa – but won’t get full protective Hazmat suits.

and they wont be touching or be withing a 3 foot radius of anyone else who touched the people or anything the people touched (like the contractors and local labor force who will be building those hospitals and delivering those supplies

They fail to consider that if one simple precaution had been taken and adhered to in the first place, a lot of this wouldn’t have happened.

Right you are. And let me tell you how stupid I am. When I first heard of our troops going to west Africa, I automatically assumed they'd be setting up their own base, with their own food supply and with a strictly controlled perimeter.

More Ebola index cases. I guess a single Ebola case wasn’t enough to light the fire. So apparently the Obama plan is to order a few thousand young Americans into the hot zone, get a bunch of to catch a lethal and virulent illness with no treatment and a 70% mortality rate, and then bring them back and distribute them into U.S. medical facilities here and there. (BTW, there’s only 11 beds total in the four Federal facilities designated to treat these kinds of dangerous and virulent illnesses.

Our military is staffed by volunteers in the lower ranks.

Guess what the impact of getting our troops infected will be.  The numbers of volunteers will drop to zero.
