A mother in Michigan took to Facebook last week to express her outrage over a 10th-grade school assignment that she felt promoted Islam.
In an initial post, Jennette Hall complained about a Jenison High School assignment that asked students to make a pamphlet about Islam. The post, which had been shared over 5,400 times as of Tuesday morning, said students were told the pamphlet would be used to "introduce Islam to 3rd graders." ...
“This assignment upset me because they are presenting Allah as the same God of the Christians and Jews. This paper, in my opinion, is promoting Islam by describing Allahs names as 'beautiful'. To me this is not simply factual like it should be,” Hall wrote about the assignment ...

I have no problem with the assignment ... as long as my son/daughter can inform the 3rd grader that:
- Islam was created by a creepy old man who wants to rape little girls and boys like them
- Islam does not tolerate anyone else’s religion
- Islam hates anyone who draws pictures of their so called prophet
- Islam believes that lying is a good thing
- Islam worships the moon
etc
Call that school! Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez

So the same God who loved the world that He gave His only Son to die for their sins, also gives specific advice to those not following His Son’s message, that these followers are “infidels” and must be slaughtered?
Its Michigan, doncha know? Land of Islam in the USA.

ifnthey aren’t allowing every other religion to do this, they’re screwed.
The mother should have ensured the daughter’s pamphlet had a picture of....a person’s head being cut off.
Reason 1,000,235,275,756 to homeschool. Let’s teach about Islam and how peaceful it is...
Good one... or Pictures of 9/11/01 or boys being castrated and raped or girls being married at 8 or all of them.
Oh, they’ll allow every other religion to do this - with the exception of Judaism and especially Christianity.
Just add some graphic pictures of Muslim style executions and done.
I’ll bet this is also a school which promotes “diversity” and “inclusion.” How hypocritical, how typical.

Is there a requirement that the pamphlet be positive toward islam?
If not, then I’ll be happy to help her 10th grader with their homework.
