Lets say I call the police and say I had uncovered plans to bomb my local high school. Would that not be considered a bomb threat?
Basically, the Iraqi Prime Minister is guilty of a bomb threat.

Given that we’re in “October Surprise” territory, I trust the Iraqi prime minister on this one over the foreign enemy combatant in our White House by a factor of about 100.
I was just thinking that we should have a law doubling the penalty for treason if it’s done within 2 months before a US election.
We can’t survive these “October surprises”; that month alone puts the survival of the country at risk.

Bomb scares are not about real bombs. They are about scaring people. Imagine you saw or heard that story as you were waiting for a subway train.
