President Obama today saluted his Marine Corps guard with a coffee cup as he descended to stairs of his Marine One chopper after landing in New York City.
The White House, either not caring about or not understanding the show of disrespect, actually posted video of the moment on Instagram.

This is actually even worse than forgetting to salute, dont you think?

What a meatstick.
The Commander In Chief...
It disgusts me, but it doesn’t surprise me. JV Obama has never respected our military and he never will.
Worthless punk.
Most likely, one of Obama’s advisers handed him the coffee cup. To prevent him from embarrassing himself again with one of his middle finger salutes.
I guess passing that styrofoam cup over to the left hand is too complex to be taught at Harvard.
Am I wrong or is the C-in-C (as a CIVILIAN) not necessarily required to salute back
For example, if his hands are full.
A military man is required to salter officers, but a civilian is not
Too bad he didn’t dump the whole cup down his back.
Just knowing he is always videoed when leaving Marine One, why didn’t Obama just hand his cup to a flunkey inside the aircraft & say “Hold this”?
It is but a fine line that separates arrogance from stupidity.
Punk. Pure punk.
He started a war last night and he expects these Marines to step forward and serve him?
"Hey Joe, did you hear? Valerie just told me ISIS is in the USA! Right on my man!"
I expect this conduct from a 50 IQ Morlock.
salter = salute
I’d be tempted to salute back with my middle finger!
I noticed also that he never looks back to his wife who is trailing behind him.
Don't muslim men require their women walk behind them?
Not that he cares.
But I don't give a rat's elbow whether he cares or not.
Enough of these "movin' on up" faux pas...
FU@# YOU BARRY
