Michelle Obama has been on a quest to change the way Americans eat, like it or not. Her nutritional guidelines for schools has resulted in kids throwing away massive amounts of food, a reduction in school lunch program participation, students, especially athletes, complaining that the food isnt enough to sustain them during the day, and Special Education programs losing their main fundraising program.
....
Now, Michelle Obama wants to take her nutritional demands from the school system nationwide with major changes being suggested by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to nudge Americans to purchase healthier foods. While the expert panel had a supposed target of the 47 million Americans, and growing, who are on food stamps, the suggestions will impact everyone who shops at a grocery store. The Washington Free Beacon reported on this attempt by the USDA, using Michelle Obamas guidelines, to nudge consumers on nutritional choices.
....
This plan to nudge Americans to make healthier food choices includes high-tech, $30,000 grocery carts, MyCart grocery cart, which would help consumers know they have the appropriate amount of government approved food choices. The color-coded cart would have sections with sensors installed to praise the customer when they have a cart filled to its healthy threshold. The report cited the cost for changing to the high-tech grocery cart for Safeway, Inc., which has 1,335 stores nationwide, would be $40.05 million.

I detest grocery shopping and started doing it on-line and having it delivered.
I felt a little silly doing it but, after reading this post,I’m now comfortable with my decision.
A grocery cart that is employed as a spy is not for me.
God,I wish this woman would disappear.
.
Good thing we're paying her tab or it definitely would look like #10!
This is coming.
At work at first flu shots were recommended and over a couple of years they became mandatory.
At work first Wellness programs was suggested, and now mandatory or else killer premiums.
At work first smoking cessation programs were suggested and now mandatory to avoid killer premiums.
At work now a new card to track shopping habits and award employee if certain items are purchased, This card is suggested and will soon be mandatory.
Leftist control continues through the healthcare sector.
(and I couldn't be more sincere)
Back in the 60s I sacked groceries. Once a month, on welfare check day, the store would have ice milk for sale ... 3 half gallons for a dollar. People would fill their carts up with the crap. So, what happens when someone buys a bunch of “healthy” groceries but buys even more crap?
Are we going to get Arugula Stamps?
Mama’s should rent out their poppy diapered kids to grocery shoppers who want to get back at talking carts.
Cook pork chops obviously...
Here is an Obama "nudge".
How about just having far, far tighter restrictions on food stamps? You want chips, M&Ms and prime steaks? Nope. You'll get potatoes and whole chickens.
You don't need a fancy shopping cart to print "approved for beggars" on the price tag and have the cash register sound a big buzzer if they try to buy it. "Pickup at register #7. Time to return the lobsters back to their tank."
OH that good trade off slim your fat**** Michelle
Someone needs to hack them so they all start screaming at the same time, at the highest volume setting possible!
Actually Michelle remind me of Marxist Aunt Esther
“take her nutritional demands from the school system nationwide with major changes being suggested by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to nudge Americans to purchase healthier foods.”
I know, we’ll all be starved to death to lose weight. Cut everybody down to a 500 calorie daily intake.
That’s the ticket.
What do you expect from a tranny?
Have it say, "Ammo on aisle three" and "Look, that other cart is full of steak and lobster your tax dollars are buying."
