Back in the 60s I sacked groceries. Once a month, on welfare check day, the store would have ice milk for sale ... 3 half gallons for a dollar. People would fill their carts up with the crap. So, what happens when someone buys a bunch of “healthy” groceries but buys even more crap?

Had to look up ice milk since I have never heard of it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_milk
Ice milk, or iced milk, is a frozen dessert with less than 10 percent milkfat and the same sweetener content as ice cream. Ice milk is typically priced lower than ice cream and is typically sold as a generic product.

A 1994 change in United States Food and Drug Administration rules allowed ice milk to be labeled as low-fat ice cream in the United States.[1]

Products containing less milk fat but higher sweetener content are sold as sherbet, and products with no milk fat or dairy analogues are sold as sorbet. Products which use nonfat or lowfat yogurt or dairy analogues are sold as frozen yogurt.
