Surely Santorum must understand all that. Is his ego really that out of control? ...No, but... No, and don't call him Shirley.

Why can’t we have three RINOs against Cruz?
That would be best.

No big surprise. ..He’s been a frequent guest on WHO radio (Iowa) throughout the summer, has more than hinted at another run, and seemed to be ramping up his visits there.
His ego is only surpassed by his arrogance.
We need our fresh crop to rise now!

He (little Ricky) won more than Newt! Only because the church ladies could not leave him alone! When he talks, he looks like a whiny kid who wants more allowance. He portrays no gravitas. And as an incumbent senator he lost bigger than "I am not a witch" O'Donnell !

That is what I find disturbing - with so much at stake, why don't conservatives get together in the smoke-filled room and agree to one viable person to run? And the others step back and garner support for this man/woman?
Are egos that out of control?

“We need fresh energy in 2016.”
‘Fresh energy’. Great way to put it - has a better ring to it than ‘new blood’.

I am unconvinced that Cruz will run in 2016. Santorum probably is also thinking Cruz won’t run.

To: bkopto
Is he serious?? What has he to offer that others can’t give more. I’m looking at successful governors. The only Washington type would be Cruz.
Generally speaking, I believe Congresspersons and Senators are poorest equipped for the job.
