Overcast all day today and they are saying high winds later tonight and tomorrow. I hate high winds...I’m always afraid a tree will crash into the house, or a skylight will break. Hopefully the winds will stay up on the hillside/lower mountains.

LOL! I need some time off for sure, but too much transition going on. Lots of good things set in motion, but getting everyone on board is going to take a while. Just getting everyone to sign their timesheets, and then the managers to review and sign them is going slowly.

The whole company will have to do some changing. Slowly. And the nifty system we have is not geared to payroll, so years of kicking and screaming is starting to get someone to listen.
