Hi! It’s just been about a month, Labor Day weekend BBQ’s and stuff. Will hit the bricks seriously first week of Sept. I’ve an app’t with my former boss at the flight service. Might have some leads there.

C’mon up to western Washington. It’s not even going to hit 70 today where I am. According to the radar, I’m about 15 minutes away from some nice showers. We haven’t had much in the line of rain up here this summer...a rarity indeed.

When will those yankee boys learn that it is an exercise in futility, exasperation and sadness to fool around with Southern MEN? Oh? You do not like my comments? Thank you. The game is not until tonight but I have to go through all kinds of rituals, incantations and voodoo, witchcraft magic! Oh, and I have to sprinkle the 'holy water' strained from the depths of University Lake, which is on the LSU campus, all over the family room! I go into an almost-catatonic trance! I just finished putting the gris-gris/jinx on Wisconsin! There is now NO way that Wisconsin can win!

Now that I have awakened from the almost-catatonic trance I have to prepare the popcorn, chips, dip, diet Pepsi and other assorted, sweet goodies including but not necessarily limited to ice cream!

Man, I tell ya, it is tough being an LSU Tiger fan!
