Yes, we’ve had a fairly mild summer.
We earned it after the horrible winter we had.
Could use a little more rain, but I’m not gonna complain.

Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...how was Wonderful Wednesday?
Do you still have your special young lady as a student?
To: Kathy in Alaska
I did indeed Sally Forth this morning, Kathy!
The children are back to school and the roads are a battlefield again. As if to mock the returning students, we had a glorious late summer day - temps in the high 80's, low humidity - abundant sunshine.

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.

Good evening, Connie, and thank you for the tribute to our troops. *HUGS*
Hope all is well with you and it’s not TOO hot. Any critters out these days? Commutes safe?
I just about ready to leave for a hair cut. Should I get yours trimmed while I’m there?
To: mountainlion
Good evening, mountainlion, and thanks for the tune.
How’s your mountain doing? Staying in place?
To: LUV W
Good evening, Luv....that picture is priceless.
Standing guard.
Back in a while...off to get a hair cut.
To: Kathy in Alaska
Still staying in place. Lots of crazy tourists out there. The weather seemed kinda strange with the sun lower in the sky. Tornado warnings east of me. Got a look at the farmers almanac, not sure what the winter will be like. I am looking for the elections to be over for some peace and quiet.
Stay out of traffic and keep warm.

Hi Kathy, It's only been in the low 100's but the humdity is still high for us here. STICKY! LOL
Critters don't even seem to want to show themselves as of late...they don't like the combo of heat humidity either so it seems. :)
Should I get yours trimmed while Im there?
Yes please...only a scant 1/4 or so inch this time but I'd really appreciate it! *Hugs*
