Our leftovers are in New Mexico.
Maybe a few of them will creep on over here. :)
It’s hot at your house, Arrowhead...((HUGS))
Happy weekend, beachy...((HUGS))...enjoy your weekend.
This has been the week from hades. It’s a good thing I don’t drink. The whole department, 4 worker bees and a new boss, all had the same kind of week. On the way out the boss said, “It can’t get worse, can it?”

That sounds like an Order
That is great, although I did want fries with that.
lol
Pat Methany is AWESOME....thanks for the reply. I’ll have to listen to “James”.
SNSD could sing the phone book and I would still watch their video.
Nice.
Tony looks like my 17 y/o
Thanks for that link...I saw that concert in person in Memphis back in ‘78 I believe...truly spectacular! My favorite band of all time. :)
Glad you enjoyed it.
I’ve been looking at videos of the flooding...It amazes me that you all get so much rain all at once! Stay safe!
Late to the party, but I’ve got a couple songs to add:
Roland, The Headless Thompson Gunner, by Warren Zevon: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHWmxCoTV3Y
Chuck E’s in Love, by Ricky Lee Jones: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrLgvQzzzqE
Thank you for the links. Hadn’t heard of the 1919 Patches. It was the year my father was born. Quite a Foxtrot! It was the Dickey Lee version I mooned over in junior high.
Glad you enjoyed them. I remember Dickey Lee’s version, too. d:o)
I hadn’t heard the Dickey Lee “Patches” either. The 1919 Patches Foxtrot link is in post #103 from Fiji Hill.
Thank you for posting all the links. Most of them take me right back to junior high. The “Patches” I had in mind was by Dickey Lee. Kathy in Alaska sent me the link, post #176. I liked hearing the 1919 “Patches.” it was the year my Dad was born. I’m trying to imagine Grandpa and Grandma dancing the Foxtrot.
My dad was born in 1920—in rural Colorado, where the family had settled after fleeing the Nebraska dust bowl of the 1890’s.
