Linda Estrada, a grand Jury clerk in Travis County, said Monday that the judge
overseeing the case decided against issuing an arrest warrant.
Estrada said that Judge Bert Richardson decided instead that Perry will receive
a summons to appear which has not been issued yet.

The Dems now have three Republican candidates under Federal investigation, under indictment or some kind of big time farce criminal wrongdoing. Christy - Perry - Walker. Now when are the Repubs going to do something for our side?
