Josie, a friend of Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, called into The Dana Loesch Radio Show today. Josie gave Officer Wilsons side of the story.
Heres the transcript:
He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, hes looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darrens first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, Freeze! Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him
And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.

sounds about right...no I wasn`t there
All I know is the Ferguson PC said that he was not involved in the robbery and will not be charged and the video bears it out.
Brown at one point in the video hands a box of cigars to Johnson as if here take these, and Johnson discretely reaches over and puts them back on the counter.
The two autopsies have been completed. I heard this morning that MB’s body was released to the mortuary.
No, it’s not a problem. Why would it be? It’s the only scenario I can think of that fits the timeline.
I agree. The truth likely lies in the middle.
My intent was to posit the diametric story to that initially reported.
Both drawn from select public accounts and both drawing inferences about the missing pieces of the puzzle.
not necessarily, CSI (i dont watch) but understand it rarely reflects the average court case in real life. And when it does they have so called experts on both sides right.
This is very similar to what happened with George Zimmerman.
Thank you for the clarification. I did not know Dorrian returned the cigars ... Although ultimately they were in their possession during the shoot out as far as I can tell.
My understand was, and maybe I”m wrong Dorrian technically was a legal participant in the robbery as he was there and left with stolen goods. I don’t know how the law reads on this issue.
But today, the police used Dorrian to corroborate that he and MB were involved in holding up that store.
Well I drew some inferences and filled some gaps... intentionally taking the devils advocate position opposite the media narrative. I intentionally described a righteous shoot.
I doubt my story will prove to be the exact story when the facts finally come out, but it is plausible based on selective accounts, similar to the plausibility of the media story derived from selective accounts supporting their narrative.
My guess is the truth lies closer to my made up story than it does to the media’s made up story. The point I attempt to make ... Both are clearly made up.
Good to know. I won’t click on an MSNBC link so I didn’t know if they had the actual police report or just their commentary about it. Thanks for the clarification.
“Youll find some of that on FR, too. Theres been a coordinated effort to stir up hatred against the police the past few years.”
When police do their no knock raids and shoot dogs, children, and sometimes even law abiding adults we would make comments that would seem to some of you as stirring up hatre3d against the police. I stand by that. No knock raids, shooting dogs, stun gunning children, shooting and killing innocent, law abiding citizens is totally wrong and I am against that. If that is stirring up hatred against the police when those evil shortcomings are pointed out, then so be it.

No they didn’t need Dorian to confirm the robbery — they had the video tape and other witnesses.
And the Chief said that he was not involved.
He may have known that his buddy stole the cigars but he had no hand in it.
You are correct. What was I thinking of? Just woke from a nap.
I think I was referring to prosecution for robbery of the market. The police said today they are not going to press charges. They could have however.
I was wondering if they offered him immunity from prosecution for robbery. It allowed Dorrian to remove all doubt that it was he and MB in the video.
I am very wary of the idea that “we don’t know what actually happened, and we are uncomfortable believing one side over the other, so we will assume that everyone did something wrong, and the true story is somewhere in between.” The same thing happened in the Trayvon case, where people were bending over backwards trying to find where Zimmerman could be shown to share culpability (”he got out of his vehicle”, “he shouldn’t have followed him”, etc.), and then, one by one, we find that he did nothing wrong or out-of-the-ordinary for a person on neighborhood watch. But in many people’s mind, he is still somewhat at fault, because the split the difference mentality is so strong.
If the story is as his “friend” stated, the officer not only didn’t do anything wrong, he acted in the only way that he could, assuming he wished to see another day.
I am not sure they will do that because Dorian would be a very problematic witness. Maybe if they had a signed statement from him. But then he could say he was coerced to sign it.
Maybe you know the law then: if you and your buddy walk into a store and your friend robs it. You both leave with the merchandise.
Are you not technically complicate in that robbery?
I think they felt it was not worth persuing.
I wonder if Mark O’Mara would come up to defend the police officer???
