On some things, yes. But in terms of whether he was shot from the front or the back, I would safely presume that experts will agree. Also, the angle of the shot should conclusively show whether the Gentle Giant was kneeling and shot "execution-style" or upright, and, once again, I wouldn't expect experts to disagree. This is just too basic.
