In 2012, Romney warned that Obamas failure to secure an agreement to keep a residual military force in Iraq would threaten the U.S. gains made at such a high cost in American lives and treasure. Americas ability to influence events for the better in Iraq has been undermined by the abrupt withdrawal of our entire troop presence, Romney asserted.

That’s the difference between listening to John Bolton and Valarie Jarrett.

He is still pro-gay-agenda, anti-gun-rights, and I don’t remember which side he was last on concerning abortion, since he flip-flopped so many times.
Social issues are IMPORTANT! In fact, if you can’t get those right, nothing else you do will go well.

There is HUGE Romney push from the RINO wing.
As for me, he already got the last vote from me that he’ll ever get in 2012.

Why this sudden push for Romney.
He sucked as a candidate, and he’ll still suck as a candidate.

When the low-info, entertainment-media saturated, government dependent Democrat voter gets ginned up by months of non-stop MSM slogans and their group-identity leaders, they would vote for Joe Stalin if they were told to.

Romney ruled it out. Probably with good reason. Another run would require his confronting the ghosts of 2012 his self-deportation immigration rhetoric, his writing off of the 47 percent,He was right about reducing illegal aliens and government dependency - but he was and will remain the wrong candidate.

With a Romney presidency, America's collapse would just have been prolonged, not averted. At least with Obama, the collapse will come sooner, which means the rebuilding will happen sooner. With a Democrat in charge when the SHTF, the rioters will go after them first.

Doesn't matter if he got everything right. The voting public is dumbed down too much to care about specific issues. You must be willing to punch your opponent square in the nose if you want to win.
Romney wasn't willing to do that. Very few republicans are.

On domestic issues, Romney would still be pro-business (big businesses and big banks), and amnesty would have been passed. Just two things immediately popped into my head.

It’s too bad Romney’s a liberal, Big Government Republican. He lost because he failed to differentiate himself from Obama or any other Democrat, and he failed to take a clear stance on many issues. He portrayed himself as a Democrat with an “R” after his name.

If Romney runs again, the Republicans will lose no matter who the Dems run. If he can't motivate the conservative base to get out and vote against Obama, he can't get the conservative base out against anyone.
