Pattern of NRA support for wobbly RINOs continues...? NRA leadership should hear about it.

The NRA is the Second Amendment's Chamber of Crony-Fascists.

Follow the money, it is all that matters.

Money. They are searching for money. Any major organization does. They see more money from the GOPe then from the Tea Party right now

I expect they figure he’ll win again so they want to have him in their corner. That’s the power of being both the incumbent and the establishment candidate. It’s also the reason we need to destroy the present 2-party system to get any meaningful change of direction in this country.

Hasn’t the NRA backed Harry Reid in the past?

As far as the NRA goes, I will never forgive them for the Harry Reid fiasco.

They're experts at playing the political odds. With all gun factors being equal, back the incumbent because if you don't and the odds are that he'll win again he might vent his anger on your cause.

You won’t destroy the 2-party system (in reality 1 1/2 party)as long as we have the electoral college.

The NRA claims that their formula is that they always back an incumbent unless he’s got a bad rating. I’ve seen them backing vaguely-not-anti-gun Democrats against 2A supporter Republicans just because the Dem was the incumbent. They place no value on what you say until you get in office and actually do something.
I understand the actions speak louder than words concept but there has to be a limit.

Interesting, because I quit the NRA for the very reason that they support RINOs; and DIMS.

Yep. Right after Harry helped open a multi-million dollar shooting sports center in his State.
I’m a Life Member, but I’m not on first name terms with LaPierre and crew.
Still, I’ll shoot ‘em an email expressing my “WTF?” feelings...

Why I’m out of the NRA.
Screw them and their flexible principles.
When I was growing up my father explained to me the slippery slope of “situation ethics”. I saw his point, but didn’t really think about it much. It is so clear now why “situation ethics” is really no ethics at all.
Liberals live by “situation ethics”, it’s their 10 commandments rolled into one. As do our pseudo conservative representatives and organizations like the NRA. Principles are changed and abandoned like a hooker’s underwear.

The NRA always backs the incumbent unless they have below a C rating.

If you check the NRA link for the TN race you will see that they didn’t endorse anyone in that race. The article is BS.
