President Obama has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution and has instituted policies which have collapsed the Southern Border, and compromised the security our sea ports and air ports. This has allowed Mexico, Guatamala, Honduras, and El Salvador to purge their countries of violent criminals, and people with contagious diseases, allowing them unlimited access to the United States. In addition, by compromising the security of our borders, Islamic Terrorists have their best chance ever of entering the United States undetected. Untold thousands of American Citizens are going to be murdered, raped, and robbed by the violent criminals entering our nation. Mexico, Guatamala, Honduras, and El Salvador are not “friendly nations south of the Border.” They are nations engaging in acts of war with the United States. Most notably and aggressively is Mexico, which has allowed its Military and Police assets to be used in cross border incursions to harass, intimidate, and fire upon American citizens and Law Enforcement personnel, and has allowed persons unknown to fire upon American citizens and Law Enforcement personnel from the MEXICO side of the border.

No developed nation which is serious about the “general welfare” of its people would allow the mass criminality and conspiracy of other nations to destroy it without declaring war.
Congress should declare WAR on the offending nations, and declare that all persons in the United States illegally are persona non grata, and their presence cannot be pardoned and they cannot be granted citizenship. Further, Congress should give all persons who are illegally in the United States 30 days to exit the country, or face mass internment, with deadly force being authorized against those illegal aliens who resist.
We the people understand what President Obama and his leftist cabal are doing. It is their ghastly intent to bring in enough illegal aliens so that when given Amnesty, they will be registered to vote as Democrats, with the goal to gain total and unending control of all branches of the Government and Courts. We know that President Obama wants to disarm Americans, and is working “under the radar” to do so. Once the left has total control of the Government and the Courts, it will begin mass gun confiscations.
We the people urge Congress to agree on a Sense of the Congress Proclamation, that shall be addressed to all Federal Employees and all members of the military. These people should be directed to ignore any order to begin mass confiscations of firearms, and to arrest and prosecute anyone attempting to do so for “Attempted Deprivation of Civil Rights Under Color of Authority.
Only a united and committed Congress can protect us now against a lawless President, his lawless Administration, and those nations working with him to turn American into just another third world nation of people in desperate poverty and Government dependence.

There are any number of members of Congress working against the best interests of the United States and its citizens. Somehow, some way, they need to come to their senses. Yes, I do despair.

Franklin D. Roosevelt signs the declaration of war against Japan on December 8, 1941. That was the last time Congress declared war. Congress isn’t going to do any thing.

I don’t disagree at all. But just think, a declaration of war against nations who are dumping their criminals in our country, and declaring all illegal aliens persona non grata would bring the immigration debate and attempts at Amnesty or Executive Order Amnesty to a screeching halt.
If we didn’t have opinions ... something would be wrong with us. I like to think that even in chains, one would continue to have an opinion. (imho) your opinion is a worth to be read opinion. and If we or someone fight for peace had never felt desperation ... we would probably never know the joy of a lasting peace. Kudos Enterprise!

The irony hasn’t been lost on me my friend. It is Obama and the left who have instituted a war on America, and have used citizens of other nations to help in that war.
Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner keeps Obama in power by not controlling spending or Impeaching Obama.
Reid shuts down the Muslim Obama Government, (MOG), anytime that Boehner refuses to write Obama a Blank Check.
Obama is happy enough to play hooky from his day job to raise Campaign money for Reid’s Senate Candidates.
Boehner is the key man to allow Obama to continue to wreck America, and Obama knows it.
‘If you hire them, they will come’. Now isn’t closing the job loophole the best way to send illegals home? Lay them off.
Amen! It’s past time for congress to declare war against the usurping executive and his unconstitutional, lawless open borders “dream act.” The president has created this crisis by inviting the illegals in and promising them amnesty. The congress did not “fail to act” as the president claims, they acted by rejecting his dream act proposal per the demands of their constituents (we the people). And now the president is refusing to enforce the legally enacted laws of the congress and is instead enforcing his own law. The “checks and balances” of the constitution demand that he be impeached for this.
They need to be indicted and put in prison.
All of these socialist crooks are corrupt, even more so over the last 6 years with an Arch-criminal Attorney General refusing to prosecute his fellow travelers.
When the right captures back the Executive and the DOJ, a purge of the domestic communists in Congress must be first order of business.
