Rep. David Jolly (R-Fla.) announced his support for gay marriage Monday, saying that he believes it is "fully appropriate" for a state to recognize both same-sex marriages and "traditional" ones, even though he, as a Christian, believes in the the latter.
When asked by The Washington Post whether he supports gay marriage, in light of a Florida judge's decision last week to overturn the state's ban, Jolly said that his personal views on marriage are that it should be limited to one man and one woman. But, he added, states should not be defining the "sanctity" of marriage.

What a jerk.
Well, good luck in the general, asshat. You can win without conservatives. These political pukes start betraying early.
I see no need to bother voting anymore. These people stand for nothing that I believe.
He is neither a Republican nor a Christian.
How can a Christian ENCOURAGE someone to do something that WILL send them to hell?
This ‘person’ is a lying sack of excrement.
When will RINOs learn that they just cannot out-pander democrats?
What is irritating is that this is the guy who beat the awful Alex Sink in a special election....and now he turns RINO.
Another “False Flag” conservative.
Never vote for a traitor like this.
These are the people who should be the opposition to the Democrats. Instead, they are the enablers of the liberal agenda.
Doesn’t he now have another Republican primary to go through though? Can he be unseated?
I guess we should known better than to support a person with a last name like “Jolly”.
Anyway, he’s still one less vote for Amnesty, and that will kill this country MUCH FASTER.
It is a sign of the times, My FRiend. Prudent people will prepare for the future. As it is written many times in the New Testament: “He who hath an ear, let him hear”.
...it is becoming increasingly a political football as judges render Constitutionally held votes of the people in support of Marriage between one man and one woman, to be null and void, and even ruling against state Constitutions containing such. A tidal wave in 2014. Nullification apparently only works in one direction. One judge can nullify pretty much anything, but the voice of the people be damned.
his office also finds the invasion of illegals very funny
he’s a big govt progressive
Like a typical RINO, this jerk was saying all the right things to get elected and then he took his mask off once he won the election.
WHAT????
DO I HEAR TAP CLEATS?
“I guess we should known better than to support a person with a last name like Jolly.”
Yeah, like those Arizonians who voted in Jeff Flake. Major tipoff.
Not only a jerk, but he’s also apparently an idiot.
“...states should not be defining the “sanctity” of marriage.”
So what’s a state doing when it passes “gay marriage” laws? Isn’t that state determining what is and is not a marriage, i.e. what is a sanctified union so to speak? And, what about all the other possible combinations of loving adults that are not blessed by the state? Why arbitrary limit marriage to two people? Is that not the state picking and choosing which “marriages” to count?
What about a bisexual? Why can’t they marry both a man and a woman? Isn’t it bigoted to say a homosexual gets to marry who he’s attracted to, but a bisexual has to pick just one? How dare a state “sanctify” some loves but not others?
Once you open this “gay marriage” door, marriage basically becomes completely arbitrary. It is what we say it is—ignoring the obvious biological, natural union that has existed since the dawn of man. That union is unique in that no other grouping can unite two to become one.
I believe that they will get the race war that they[ Liberals] have tried to promote for the last 75 years between the whites and Blacks. Only it will be between the Hispanics and Blacks because the Blacks are being replaced by the Hispanics as the Democrat Party's number 1 supporters , hence less or no more freebies for the Blacks.
