The Justice Department said Wednesday that it was investigating the circumstances behind the disappearance of emails from a former senior Internal Revenue Service official, part of a broader criminal inquiry into whether the agency had targeted conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.

Well this is over, Holder has opened a criminal investigation. Now he will never be able to speak about the IRS because it is under criminal investigation which will never end. Just look at how the FBI in all this time has never spoken to True The Vote about the IRS scandal under another Holder Investigation.

Yes. Not only is the DOJ running cover for the IRS, the DOJ will be investigating to see if all the traces of the emails have been deleted.
