A lot of it is “downtime”, riding between jobs, getting some food, etc, but i was 11 hours away from home so that means it’s work.

Indeed. Home is YOU time! (and Lynn-dah-time of course! :) )

Sometimes, if the lessons are close by, I can run home, eat some home made lunch, walk Lynn-Dah, and pick up the mail or do other chores. But usually there is not enough time between lessons.
