John Kerry: “I Get a Little Uptight” When I Hear About How Exceptional We Are

John Kerry made a name for himself by attacking the military and the United States.

So it should come as no surprise that Kerry is still bashing America.

The Secretary of State recently told a crowd, “I get always a little uptight when I hear politicians say how exceptional we are.”

The State Department reported, via Weekly Standard:

"I was privileged to speak to the graduating class of Yale this year, and it was particularly a pleasure because it happened to turn out to be, literally, I hate to say it, 48 years to the day that I was privileged to speak as a graduating senior to my own class. And I talked to them about sort of the world we’re in right now, but at the end I tried to remind them all, which I remind you of, we are – I get always a little uptight when I hear politicians say how exceptional we are – not because we’re not exceptional, but because it’s kind of in-your-face and a lot of other people are exceptional, a lot of other places do exceptional things."

I get a little uptight when I think about Kerry’s dishonest journey through life.

VN was before my time but I bet the open of china beach was more accurate than his fake movies or his seared memory.

The French Revolution and the American Revolution are grounded in two very different ideas about the source of our basic human rights. In the French case, rights derive from a "social contract" and are negotiable. In the American case, human rights derive from Nature and Nature's God, and cannot be taken away by others.

That said, even though I disagree with their political philosophy, France is one of the most pleasant places on Earth to visit. It would be even better if it weren't for the French.

Kerry wants America to sink into the quagmire of Socialist mediocrity. I think people like Kerry are emotionally insecure that they can’t compete with others in the real world [and it is probably true], so they look to government to level the playing field.

I wonder when he will good to North Korea and give them all of our nuclear codes and beg them on his knees to bomb the USA?

...or did he do it already and they rejected him?

*I hope he is haunted every night by nightmares of that unarmed teenage boy he shot in the back as he was running away in Viet Nam.*

When he was in Viet Nam, did he wear a VC uniform?

Kerry has to exempt himself from exceptionalism.

During most of his years in the Senate he did little else but vote occasionally. He spearheaded no major legislative effort.

When Kerry ran for president in 2004, he had to ‘borrow’ some accomplishments of Nebraska Senator Bob KerrEy and claim they were his to pad his resume — probably hoping the last names were similar enough that no one would bother to fact check.

But when one marries into money, one can set back, sip on a drink, and criticize the rest of the country.

What an exceptional jack-ass. The man-whore John Kerry is a disgrace. He never worked a day in his life. His Navy service was fabricated. He hated his fellow soldiers and sailors. He married billionaires TWICE.

He's based his entire career on the idea that America sucks.

Okay, John Kerry, name one other exceptional country that millions are running towards and trying to pry their way in, in order to live there and get away from where they are from? Oh, and that has few people trying to get away from it. (Sound of crickets…) If it's so bad, then leave so the millions coming can have your space.
