Glenn Beck has set up Mercury One Children and Family Border Relief Fund to help illegals coming into the United States. Hes already raised $600,000. Beck stated that Obama would not have to step in and ask for $3.7 billion if private charities would pick up the slack and give to the swarm of illegals crossing the border.
Is he kidding? Do we really need more churches and non-profits enabling this blatant attack on America?
Rich people and liberal elite billionaires have no skin in the game when it comes to the consequences of illegal immigration so what do they care?
Its the working class and middle class who will take the hit. Its not bad enough that Team Obama is giving illegals free rein when it comes to social services, we have to witness do-gooders on our side making public displays of their Christ-like behavior towards people who are breaking the law while telling us to walk in love.
..Compassion for the down-and-out is fine, but invading a nation by the tens of thousands is an act of war.
...What really bites about all of this is the implication that those of us standing against this monstrous disregard for the law are not following Christs teachings. Is funding Obamas plan to destroy this country in the New Testament

So; no evidence; just subjective judgement.
What do you think of the actions of the Philistines who are using children as human shields?
I've told him a million times not to exaggerate like this!
It is sure difficult to make sense of your posts, are you saying that 79% of Evangelicals didn’t vote for Romney, or disagreeing about him coming out against the GOP’s pro-life platform?
Please stick to the topic we are discussing. That way there will be no confusion.
Of course, I am a member of The Blaze and have opportunities to see and hear him frequently. Being an Engineer I understand Theory and Practice,, data, supporting evidence, testing, etc.
In the end much of what we base our beliefs on - including Religious Beliefs - are subjective and include assumptions.
Thank you for being on the FR.
Yes. I dislike very much people going around such as Mormons lying about who they are and what Jesus they believe in. My Yashua is NOT the spirit brother of Lucifer as the LDS church says. Hate? You better believe it. Liars all.
Good Lord. If that's not evidence of the Glenn Beck cult, I don't know what is.
It is exactly on topic.

HOW is this on topic?

One of the most heinous statements about Him from Mormons is that He (Jesus) was the product of Mary and God, who came to earth as a man and had sexual intercourse with Mary, in the regular way.
You want me to illustrate Becks evil, or do you want to simply concede now?
I’ll accept your unwillingness to answer my question as concession.
I’m an old man, I don’t have a lot of time to waste on you, make a decision.
Exactly! There are many others. I wonder what happened to Californian - he used to post great stuff on Mormon teaching.
“It can take months or years to get hearings for immigrants...”
That’s why Congress should attach some serious strings to any funding increase. For example, they should tighten or close the asylum window and require the creation of more immigration courts (on a temporary basis) to speed these hearings. The criteria that must be met to stay here, like political or religious persecution, should be set very high, and the president’s wiggle room on immigration issues should be promptly curtailed. This particular president has proven incapable of following the spirit of the law and instead sees any gray areas as authority to do whatever he pleases.
There is more things going on in the name of Jesus that you can shake a stick at. Most of them are using His name in vain.
Regardless of the legal issues, the children should be treated humanely. If that is all that Beck proposes, I agree. As I wrote, many of these children are apparently exploiting asylum laws, and that will need to be addressed. However, they are still children who we should take care of while they are here. We can’t simply push them back across the border once they are in our custody, because many (most?) of them are not Mexican.
I don’t have a problem with denying them entry in the first place. Mexico can create refugee camps on their side of the border for all I care, but once these children are in our country and legally claiming asylum, we have an obligation to follow our laws and treat them humanely. Would you deny them food, housing, or medical treatment?
I think you mean "Colofornian", alive and well and still posting.
Mmmm, ‘kay - I’m on his ping list but hadn’t heard from him in a while ... just wondering.
