I’m OK with giving them a month. The Democrats are in panic mode. They’ll have endless meetings over what they should write and turn over. Sleepless nights. Lots of sleepless nights.
Give this judge some credit. He is setting them up. He wants sworn affidavids from IRS officials, while at the same time he is getting independent proof they ARE available
This judge doesn’t take crap from Anyone. Especially political operatives.
Check his rulings.
I would suggest at this point after hearing of this ruling and knowing that her emails to other fed. Agencies in an attempt to harass true the vote et al are stored and available in those agencies syste. the affable Ms. Lerner will be revisiting the subject of a get out of jail free card with her attorney.
However, that’s the least of her worries. She is getting sued by multiple parties. True the vote is on org. And their founder.
Here’s hoping Ms. Lerner spends her retirement broke and in prison!
This is a Civil lawsuit. Bambi doesn’t have any authority there to grant dismissal or pardons. As far as I know.

May work out well, if he's friends with the Clinton's and the word seems to be out that Obama would back Warren for Pres. I don't think there's any love lost between Obama and the Clinton's. Well, you get the picture.
You make an excellent point about the independent proof. The appointment of the federal magistrate is the part of the ruling that might get missed by the casual observer.
Koskinen will not be able to get smart-alecky with this judge, and try to blow smoke. Koskinen was under oath before congress, and now his agency will be under oath with their answer to the judge, and the judge will have in his hands the findings of a federal magistrate.
They already answered. “We have obsolete computer equipment and need more money in our budget.”
Yep - what is the point? It’s like asking a child:
“why did you do that?!”
“I don’t know...”
Instead, let’s discuss what the law breakers are going to charged with.

I will only take ONE whistleblower in any of the following -IRS, ATF, OSHA, EPA to send ONE email during the time in question to this appointed Magistrate that came from Lerner and this Judge will start putting people in jail.
He will drop off the hammer on their heads. Keep in mind this judge is already pissed the IRS failed to inform his court emails were missing! That is what caused the hearing today to begin with.
Clearly Lerner is a small fish. I guess you gotta start somewhere but it will probably come to nothing.
