This is a Civil lawsuit. Bambi doesn’t have any authority there to grant dismissal or pardons. As far as I know.

Bambi will just, ‘Borrow’, the authority that he thinks he is entitled to. He will issue the pardon and dare anyone to hold him to account.
He will have the upper hand as anyone who disputes him is a racist or a republican...Come to think about it, Obama knows that all republicans are racist so we don’t have to worry about that...
