In a developing story Thursday, Texas Gov. Rick Perry and Fox News anchor Sean Hannity are armed and ready to protect Americas border with Mexico.
Hannity tweeted out photos showing himself with the governor, with weapons and enough ammunition to shoot plenty of kids who dare to step across the border and cross into the United States.
Or thats certainly the loony possibility that Hannity and Perry seem to imply.
Obviously, this is a ratings grab by Hannity and a publicity stunt by Perry. The governor is bound and determined to get more attention for his opposition to the thousands of children fleeing violence in Central America and coming to America illegally.
Naturally, America already has Border Patrol agents who are fully trained and capable of rounding up the kids and making sure U.S. laws are obeyed when the children cross the border.
Maybe those agents dont need Hannity and Perry hinting that the best way to keep the kids out of this country are by winging them. Or doing something worse.
Some people in the far right will cheer on this kind of outrageous behavior by an elected official and a stunt by a TV anchor. There certainly are legitimate concerns about making sure we know whos trying to come across the border.

Well, then, pack all of the kids and dump in Kansas City. /S
Nothing focuses the mind of a progressive liberal like a NIMBY problem.
Lock and load, center-mass!

Really?

And you want all of America to take you as a serious journalist looking after the best interests of the US Constitution?
Really?
They overlook the fact that the kids are occupying the BP while the drug smugglers and other guys are taking advantage of the distraction to get worse stuff across. That is why we need more armed agents on the border. The National Guard could help, but they don’t have arrest powers.
This is how to prevent those humanitarian crises from coming here.

I’m sure the guns are to shoot back at Mexicans that fire on Americans from across the border

moonbat, what subculture?
Its time to break the “children” narrative. There are some children but I saw a congressman on FOX this morning saying that they’re 80% males between 16 and 18 years old.
Just another bunch of libs having a mental meltdown over two men with a gun patrolling the border. This is how things should have been done from the very beginning!
Cross the border, receive warning shots. Cross any further, prepare to duck or dig your place in the dirt to rest for eternity. Enough said.
0bamalamadingdong is hampering the border patrol in not allowing them to detain illegals - then too, they’re overwhelmed.
The KC Red Star has a whole slate of leftist that have been there for ages: Mary Sanchez, Lee Judge, Barbara Shelly, and their obligatory black shill Louis Diuguid who was demoted from vice pres of something to producing op eds that are barely a few sentences strung together.
Apparently, the border agents are performing day car, not enforcing the border and not enforcing border laws
Ping.
Governor Perry’s gonna shoot innocent children! /s
We are at THIS point because our stupid, selfish, politicians WILL NOT FOLLOW OUR OWN LAWS and GUARD AGAINST ILLEGAL INVASION no MATTER HOW YOUNG or OLD! So, everything else is just stupid chatter other than HOW THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO FIX THIS MESS!
Jiminy Cricket.
Rick showing off. So ya got yourself a gun.
Call up the troops Rick and protect the border for real.
For the children!
“...theyre 80% males between 16 and 18 years old....”
Recruits..... for whose army, though?
We must save Dora!
