How well will a Massachusetts liberal fit in among Southern blue-collar Democrats? That question will be answered over the next couple of weeks, when Elizabeth Warren goes to West Virginia to stump for Natalie Tennant, who is seeking to replace retiring Sen. Jay Rockefeller in a hotly contested race in coal country against Republican Rep. Shelley Moore Capito.
On July 14, Warren will head to the Eastern Panhandle, as Tennant, who is currently secretary of state, rolls out her education plan. Warren also plans to appear in Kentucky later this month with Alison Lundergan Grimes, the Democratic nominee for Senate.
West Virginia has been trending red, breaking from its Democratic roots. In 2012 President Obama lost all 55 counties, the first time a Democratic presidential candidate was completely shut out in West Virginia. Capito is the heavy favorite to win, and if she does, it would be the first time since 1956 that the state has picked a Republican to fill a Senate seat.
For Warren, being in coal country is a test of whether she can boost the Democratic ticket and whether she can find an audience among the kind of Democrats that supported Bill and Hillary Clinton. In 2008, Clinton scored her biggest presidential primary win in West Virginia over then-Sen. Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton won Kentucky and West Virginia both times he ran for president. More recently, Bill Clinton stumped for Grimes, who is up against Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell (R).

But coal will no doubt be the elephant in the room in West Virginia and Kentucky, given that Warren supports Obama’s move to curb carbon emissions.

I'm in MA and will say that she is a nobody who came out of nowhere (well, Harvard, but who thinks that's special?). Warren has been a big deal ever since she ran against Scott Brown (who was also a nobody). It's kind of strange.
I am convinced that this means she is a total slave to the New World Order ideology. She is willing to do anything. That's just my suspicion, but she is clearly being put forward as an "obvious" person to put into power. This was done for Obama to, in the early days. Some nobody in Chicago was "obviously" going to be president.And now he is.
I see it as an indication that the Powers That Be have faith that the politician in question would unquestionably put Americans in concentration camps, if told to do so.

Of course the Dems want a woman in the White House. Look at the buildup for Hillary the past few years. The Democrats get the female vote almost every election cycle and it makes political sense to get a woman as their nominee. In 2008 they nominated the first black to run for president. In 2016 they want to nominate a woman. In 2020 they will nominate a latino. The Democrats are not a party of ideas. They practice identification politics and they win based on coalitions, scaremongering, and bloodying up their opponents.
This is my fear. Worse than Hitlary, as bad as the anti-Christ.

Warren is probably more of a hard core one-world commie than Hillary.
Hillary is more of a shyster and scam artist who has learned that a way to gain money and power is to use the mindless lefties.
I’ve always thought that the Clintons were lefties out of convenience and greed rather than conviction. They both can (and have been) be bought off in various ways - Bill more so than Hillary.
But Warren comes across as someone as dangerous as Obama.
She, like Obama, seems to actually believe the simplistic leftist drivel that she spouts.
She tells the base everything it wants to hear and nothing it doesn’t. So yes.

I would say that is correct.
Senator Warren has an excellent shot at being the Dem nominee. Therefore, has very good chance of being our next president.
We must remember that Senator Warren (UGH) is the popularizer of the “You didn’t build that” meme that 2012 Obama also adopted! On that basis alone she is obvious Democrat Presidential materiel! The media will have no problem in full support if Hillary keeps with the foot-in-mouth disease.
