The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

pray very hard that this is true. i will be.
Sorry if I've elevated it during this exchange. We are on the same side after all. I must say this though. When someone puts an initial on ballot that I am OK to vote, I really have no idea what it means. The barcode sticker on your ballot is likely to be benign, but if you have concerns you should ask your election commission.
TRUE THE VOTE CALLS ON MISSISSIPPI GOP CHAIR TO PRESENT ELECTION RECORDS FOR INDEPENDENT REVIEW
26th of June 2014
LAUREL, MS. June 26, 2014: True the Vote (TTV), the nations leading voters rights and election integrity organization, today released a letter submitted to Mississippi Republican Party Chairman Joe Nosef calling for the release of absentee balloting information for independent review prior to election certification.
Thank you for that!
I’ve been told that the barcode sticker is not ‘benign’, but contains information that can be used to identify you. I first noticed this during the Bev Perdue administration. I can’t say exactly when it started, but it hasn’t been that way for too many years. Anyway, no hard feelings.
FRegards and good night. It’s hard for me to stay up past 9:00 anymore.
I’m one of those that wants 51 Republicans in the Senate as of next January. Harry Reid becoming the Minority Leader would be a dream come true.
While I wish they would all be Conservatives, the Reality is that reaching that number would require both Conservatives and RINO’s being Elected. I cannot see any plus in letting the Democrats remain the Senate Majority.
That being said, this entire episode stinks to high heaven. If there is no Revote based on this obvious Voter Fraud, the Rule of Law is invalidated.
If good old Thad doesn’t support the Investigation and subsequent Revote, he is as big a Lawbreaker as Obama. That would include the Republican Leadership. If they don’t get behind exposing the “truth” and righting the wrong, they are no better than the Democrats.
At that point, the Country is toast, the Two Party System is dead and we might as well rename the Country the USSA.
THOUSANDS of patriotic Americans have suffered heart attacks since November 6th, 2008.. The shock and dismay continues to outdo itself with team Obama at the helm.
Dear Lord, let it be true. I love the smell of toasted MSM in th morning.
Thud’s already called me a racist. I’m sure he doesn’t want or need my vote in November.
By any means necessary.
Oh yeah, if they can prove it that would be great!
It’s obvious what they did, as long as the dems/GOP don’t find a way to stop the investigation it should have a proper outcome.
This voter fraud has to be stopped at all levels of politics!
Yup. The difficulty is in challenging the result. It sounds like there either is no legal mechanism for a challenge, or the process is ill-defined.
So, now you change your argument. I refuse to argue with moving targets.
I’d say if Romney is helping Chris it’s because he knows what it’s like to be cheated out of what’s rightfully yours.
Yeah, I don’t live there, but our Dear Leader has called both of us Racists on many occasions.
Apparently Thad finds Obama to be his inspiration.
>>If good old Thad doesnt support the Investigation and subsequent Revote,...<<
I think “good old Thad” should concede the election if it’s shown that there were, say, 10,000 or more illegal voters, since it was clearly his side that was lobbying for the votes that just happened to turn out to be illegal. Why should the taxpayers of Mississippi pay for yet another election?
Rather than lose a second runoff, which he likely would, he’d be better off conceding gracefully and retiring.
I thought I was making a remark on a completely different subject. In fact, on review, I was making a remark on a different subject. Previously, my remarks were directed to describing how to decide the contest, given some number of invalid ballots.
Then I mistook your remark about a second runoff as referring to the first runoff, and you straightened me out on that.
What's left is just a simple disagreement between us, as to whether it's Cochran's fault that a mess of invalid ballots were cast. I don't see any argument, but I'm more than happy to cease discussion with you. Consider the icy silence one entered into by mutual agreement. Happy to be disassociated with you.
I’m thinking maybe the poll workers didn’t know the rules. If they were trying to do it to cheat, would they make the two vote thing so obvious.
Or maybe they didn’t have a choice except to record it?
My apologies. I didn’t realize we’d started the discussion earlier.
As for whether Cochran bears part of the responsibility for a second runoff, should one be decided upon, I think there’s a decent argument to be made that he or his team created the situation when calling for Dem votes. But I see your point.
“Lorie described one precinct where a little sixteen year-old blonde female McDaniel supporter was holding a sign and older men would drive by and threaten her. Several other volunteers were also harassed by Cochran supporters”
Gee, she was blonde and sixteen!
Grab yer guns and rope!!
Seriously, stick to the facts if they support you, McDaniel, and tell your “supporters” to quit thinking whites in Mississippi have a 1912 mentality.
When whites are threatened, it must be hushed up for political correctness, see. WTF?
