Then I mistook your remark about a second runoff as referring to the first runoff, and you straightened me out on that.
What's left is just a simple disagreement between us, as to whether it's Cochran's fault that a mess of invalid ballots were cast. I don't see any argument, but I'm more than happy to cease discussion with you. Consider the icy silence one entered into by mutual agreement. Happy to be disassociated with you.

As for whether Cochran bears part of the responsibility for a second runoff, should one be decided upon, I think there’s a decent argument to be made that he or his team created the situation when calling for Dem votes. But I see your point.
