On Friday, Mac Slavo reported on Congressman Darrell Issa's (R-CA) statement in which he called the Internal Revenue Service's claim that Lois Lerner's hard drive crash resulted in a loss of emails "ridiculous." Most of us know that information from crashed hard drives can be recovered, though it costs a lot of money. However, as Mac pointed out, we could simply obtain a copy from the National Security Agency since they are collecting this kind of information. But something more telling has come to light: The IRS uses as an email archiving company to back up its emails.
That's right, Sonasoft, whose slogan is "email archiving done right" touts the IRS as a customer.

It would be a disservice to the company not to allow them to testify and show that their services are top rate. The downside of this being ignored is that the company gets a hit to their credibility . . . because it is then implied that they lost the emails that were backed up, supposedly by them.
The question is, for how long have they had the contract to do these backups. Maybe they just started this year.

I’m afraid I’ve finally put that tin-foil hat on and nothing short of mass convictions and jail time for 0bama, Holder, Hillary and a few dozen others is going to convince me to take it off.
No kidding. Jail. But he has only been with the IRS since December, 2013. Before that he was with Freddie Mac. He even worked with the Teamsters Pension Fund! I want to know why the committed didn’t drag the bums who were in charge at the time out of retirement and grill them, too! And why not call IRS Information Technology officers? They were beating up a guy who had absolutely nothing to do with anything!
Sort of reminds me of Vince Fosters x-ray machine problems.
So does Issa know about this yet?
So here’s the next phase. The NSA had a full year to ensure every trace of Lerner’s “missing” emails have been wiped from the ether. If by some miracle Sonasoft has one single IRS email Obama or Holder will swarm in and declare executive privilege and the issue will vanish like Fast and Furious.
Even if it was only on her hard drive - she had to send the e-mails to someone, didn’t she? Why can’t we recover most of them from other IRS employees?
Supposedly it was only the e-mails sent to outside agencies that were lost. And the WH has said they looked and Lerner never sent them an e-mail. And if you don’t believe that you’re a racist!
Also was in good working order afterwards too. Same pattern, absolutely nothing done about it.
If Obama’s criminals do not get prison sentences, open season will be declared on conservatives. End of effective opposition.
It will constitute a coupe d’ etat without guns or guillotines.
I guess I did forget that. And didn’t the coroner log in Foster’s car keys yet the keys were found in his car or something like that?
Could it be too much to hope that this is a GOP feint? That something’s going to happen yet, but on the QT?
