MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a potential 2016 Republican presidential candidate, took part in a nationwide criminal scheme to coordinate fundraising with conservative groups, prosecutors said in court documents unsealed Thursday.
No charges have been filed against Walker or any member of his staff. The documents were filed in December as part of an investigation into alleged illegal fundraising and campaign coordination by Walker and his campaign, the Wisconsin Club for Growth, the state Chamber of Commerce and other groups.

Governor Walker’s response: “The accusation of any wrongdoing written in the complaint by the office of a partisan Democrat District Attorney by me or by my campaign is categorically false. In fact two judges, in both state and federal courts, have ruled that no laws were broken.
This is nothing more than a partisan investigation with no basis in state law. It’s time for the prosecutors to acknowledge both judge’s orders to end this investigation.”

Short of another revolution don’t let them run out the clock after Obama is out of office. Prosecute them inside and out of government for their crimes when a legitimate administration takes the Executive branch. They’ve crossed the line where they should be pursued and prosecuted.

Ultimately, a theory from the prosecution does not equal a crime. And the reality is, this John Doe investigation is on life support after Judges Peterson and Randa rejected these theories of a broad “criminal scheme.” In fact, while the media/left spin this latest document dump as a liability for Walker, it is the prosecutors who are in danger of not only losing their case, but facing serious civil rights lawsuits.
