Hagel is asked if admin plans to ignore notification law again: 'Not unless there is an extraordinary set of circumstances like this one.'
depressing
cowards
Id there even one representative who will simply ask: “Sir, it appears from your testimony and from statements made outside this hearing, that the Tolly-bahn completely controlled and dictated the terms of this prisoner swap. Can you provide any testimony or evidence the contrary?”
31. HRC: “These five guys are not a threat to the United States”

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel says President Obama had Justice Department authority to go ahead on Bergdahl swap without Congress - @wsjliz— Breaking Politics (@breakingpol) June 11, 2014
So instead of asking Congress... which the law required... and who would have said "NO"... Zero asks his own puppet DoJ, which is like asking fellow foxes for permission to raid the hen house.
bingo
Joe Wilson!
Hagel also said he would do the same thing again.
“Bring home every service man.”
Drink!
Now, Tsongas is pontificating and I shut off the sound. Her voice is grating. Like listening to Kelly Ayotte or the twins from Maine.
Rep. Michael Turner doing well. Debunking DOD claim about Somalia precedent. Wants a better answer in writing.
Very low sound level on C-span3!
Somebody’s reading FreeRepublic. Turner, from Ohio, is blistering them!
C-Span is working fine here. Gotta run. Wife in hospital and time to go visit.
Cooper comes out sounding like a blithering idiot!
“Political football”
Rep Cooper -D - Tenn. looks like a C..K Sucker!
True to form. And he resorts to "Leave no man behind" for another
DRINK!! "Media circus."
What a hack. Now asking Hagel if the law is Constitutional?

Hasn't it been settled on many angles that Bergdahl was NOT a POW? That he was AWOL, that he was a deserter, that he was a defector.
But, not a POW in any sense of the word.
