At least five people are reported killed after an explosion in Lugansk administration building. The blast came as Kiev deployed fighter jets to the city in eastern Ukraine. This and heavy gunfire on the ground caused panic among civilians.
The death toll was first reported by RIA Novosti; later it was confirmed by local self-defense forces, who said the blast was caused by the army's fighter jets striking the building.
“Ukraine’s air force struck Lugansk downtown at 16.00 pm. Military aircraft made a targeted strike, deploying cluster bombs. The administration building is partially destroyed,” the government of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) said.
Many wounded were trapped inside the administration headquarters, which caught on fire. About six ambulance vehicles have arrived at the site. The death toll may rise.
Those killed - three women and two men - are all civilians, witnesses told RT. One of them was the LNR’s health minister, Natalia Arkhipova. During the air-strike, she was talking to another woman on the administration building’s steps, the self-proclaimed republic’s premier, Vasiliy Nikitin, said.
Large blood stains inside the HQ could be seen on live-streaming video from the area, with pieces of glass and stones also visible on the floor. The camera operator was choking with smoke. On the outside, many windows are shattered, shell fragments covering the nearby area and dark plumes of smoke are coming from the fourth floor.

From the pics and vids, it now looks like three impacts to me. Two on the building, (note the lower left corner of the pic above. Another impacted just below the third floor window above this), and at least one on the street.
One video I saw looks like 5 to 10 unguided rockets launched from the fighter plane. No wonder the damage is so random and spread out.
Al-Jazeera reporting that Kiev is claiming that the rebels did this themselves. That someone fired an AA missle that fell back on them. (wow! It blew up three or four different times!)
After all of the video evidence, I have to laugh at that one. They KNOW this I really bad imagery for Kiev, and it will likely upset the Russians big-time, especially given the way Russian media is covering it.
I wonder if that pilot had actual orders to do this?

That video may or may not show what some folks claim it to. We don’t know what file footage was or wasn’t used.
One thing that comes to my attention that is easily verifiable, is the burgundy Volvo at the end of the film.
Do you notice that the car is quite pristine except for the areas where humans would be? If a cluster bomb hand been set off near that car, the whole thing would have been riddled. Instead we see a shot through a window in the rear, looking a lot like a pointed shot at an occupant. Then we see the windows blown out. WE also see tires flattened.
Where’s all the shrapnel on those nice pristine doors?
Those are riffle rounds.
I think there’s way too much going on in this video for us to know exactly what it is.

From their video, it would seem a missile hit the roof of the administration building, as well. That adds up to five. One hit the roof, two hit the building front, one hit the street, and one hit the woods across the street.
At least 10 civilians have been killed.

It won’t be long before they’ll have all the videos and photos together as well as witnesses.......but like with Odessa...and the sniper killings at Maidan....Keiv,Us,Nato will not let our news media report things as they are rather what they want the public to believe.
Kiev can say all they want about the Pro-federalists in the East...but I don’t see them attacking Kiev...and that speaks volumes. It’s Kiev that’s bombing the East.
The Interpreter has updated info about this attack today.
The building was hit by both S-12 dumb missiles, that come in a 5 missile pod that volley fires, and strafed with the SU-25’s Su-25 GSh-30-2 dual-barrel 30mm autocannon. This is consistent with all of the videos.
PS-the Euromaidan spammers are still trying to deny that this ever happened.

Oh yes, I have seen the Euromaidan Spammers wiggling to get out of this one...again, just like they attempted with the Odessa Tragedy....they were proven wrong.
