That video may or may not show what some folks claim it to. We don’t know what file footage was or wasn’t used.
One thing that comes to my attention that is easily verifiable, is the burgundy Volvo at the end of the film.
Do you notice that the car is quite pristine except for the areas where humans would be? If a cluster bomb hand been set off near that car, the whole thing would have been riddled. Instead we see a shot through a window in the rear, looking a lot like a pointed shot at an occupant. Then we see the windows blown out. WE also see tires flattened.
Where’s all the shrapnel on those nice pristine doors?
Those are riffle rounds.
I think there’s way too much going on in this video for us to know exactly what it is.

I’ve been on a couple military sites and they are all pretty much in agreement about this being an aerial attack....I posted one of their comments here you might consider....there are many videos of this..not just one or two....and from different angels....even the city had camera videos.
At this point, the Ukrainians have lost the moral highground. This looks bad really bad as such an air strike is totally disproportionate a populated center city... Rest in Peace to the civilians caught between the lines of fire.
