The real issue here is how precise does the measured data have to be to be able to measure a 0.1 deg F? I’ll argue that most temp measurement systems are not that accurate.
And then relate it to humans. And then how accurate do the models have to be to predict doom and gloom.
AGW is total BS.
If you know ANYTHING about science you know that 0.11 degrees change would be trivial and insignificant, espectially when compared to the margin of error necessary when trying to determine temperature from tree rings and ice layers.
You can say a fat tree ring means warmer temp, but you cannot say with ANY accuracy closed than +/- 5 degrees what the temperate was.
It is like having a yardstick, and trying to accurately measure to thousandths of an inch. It is impossible.

Get it straight - Global Warming doesn’t mean the planet will actually warm. Any outcome is “Bad”, and it’s our fault, and we have to surrender our rights and pay.

The size of tree rings is more a function of the WATER available that year than the temperature. Do we have trees that have been around for hundreds of thousands of years?
I know- i was making a point.
But they date wood by comparing tree rings from known samples.
For example if you have a tree living today you can cut it and see how many tree rings and tell how old it is.
If you see a ‘pattern’ (for example 1 fat ring surrounded by 2 skinny rings) you can count back to that year and know it was 70 years ago.
Then you can take a piece of wood that was chopped down 70 years ago and look for that pattern. So then you can date that piece of wood back even further and look for older patterns.
By puzzling together pieces of wood this way you can go back quite far.
The evidence and facts do not matter when your own sense of personal righteousness is the real issue.
These people believe themselves to be “good people” because they care about global warming.
