After the federal Bureau of Land Management agents backed down from their intimidating stance at the Bundy Ranch last weekend, ample evidence has surfaced indicating the standoff between the government and the Nevada ranching family is far from over. Throughout the weeklong stalemate, members of the Bundy family were physically assaulted by armed officers, numerous cows were shot dead, and protesters faced threats of gunfire for merely expressing their outrage.
Immediately after what many considered a victory against a tyrannical federal agency, a number of leftist voices most notably, Sen. Harry Reid indicated the action against this family will continue.
Whoa!
the federal government must not only stand down, but remove all federal personnel from anywhere near the Bundy ranch.
Good news - I hope it happens!
I’m proud of Steve Stockman but most of us knew that the BLM had no business being armed up like the military in the first place nor did they have any business making an incursion into the State of Nevada.
Most of our legislators are lawyers they all should have known this and been speaking out. What about a Repulican Gov just letting these thugs walk into his state and do what they will. The whole thing was unbelievable. And they wonder why the militia showed up.
I said there was a reason why you were not seeing the FBI and the US Marshals.
STEVE STOCKMAN KNOWS that Obama is an illegal alien terrorist. He’s been working closely with Arpaio/Zullo on Obama Fraud Investigation.
Buuuuump!
Looks like Gillespie will be bunking with Harry Greed in Supermax, after Binky Obamajojo gets unmasked as KGB/STASI.
That'll leave 'em quaking in their boots.
The Rancher needs to Sue the BLM for violating his Constitutional rights and abuse of authority under the color of law and so should anyone there that was moved, tasked or ordered to do anything by them! They should also sue the Wrangler the BLM paid to steal and kill his Cattle.
Looks like Cliven just won the Lottery.

Ballistic CALCFORMS How to Use / Introduction
I hope everyone on this forum decides they want to become an expert shooter and learn how to hit a 5 gallon bucket at 1000 yards with their first shot. It a challenge that's worth your time. That I'll guarantee you.
.....”Absent a full investigation...(which will not happen and if it does will take years) into the agencys actions, he concluded, the federal government must not only stand down, but remove all federal personnel from anywhere near the Bundy ranch.........
First I’m tired of hearing Politicians cry out “The Constitution doesn’t allow this or that”......all these groups from the EPA and outward couldn’t care what the Constitution says, they are protected as much as this administration, so they continue to act as thugs and there’s simply no mechanism in place to stop them that is effective or quick enough to bring these in line with the Constitution.
Fromm what Stein said...the EPA threatened suit of the BLM if they didn’t carry out what the courts had determined...and that branch is directly under the state department and Holder.
So who is really calling the shots here??? Who gave the order for the BLM to go in as they did is still not clear. I’d like to know ‘who’ ordered it...and where the pressure came from to do so.
Speculating that Reid and his strong arm thugs in the Whitehouse did just that.
Please remember that the Supreme Court has reversed more than 150 of earlier Supreme Court decisions on natural law. Is that what you would consider as someone being consistent and reliable in interpreting the Constitution?
The Resolution of 1780, "the federal trust respecting public lands obligated the united States to extinguish both their governmental jurisdiction and their title to land that achieved statehood."
In the Constitutional Convention of 1787, The Charter of Liberty contained these words, "The new Federal Government is an agent serving the states.", "The delegated powers are few and defined", "All powers not listed are retained by the states or the people", "The Resolution of 1780 formed the basis upon which Congress was required to dispose of territorial and public lands", "All laws shall be made by the Congress of the United States". (not agency bureaucrats!)
That should be sufficient for you to determine who all public lands belong to, hint - NOT the Federal Government!
"The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, it's meaning does not alter. That which it meant when adopted. it means now". So said the Supreme Court in South Carolina v United States in 1905
Articles of Confederation, Article VI, clause 1 All engagements entered into before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. In Article IX "... no State shall be deprived of territory for the benefit of the United States."
Formation of a "more perfect union" does not absolve that union of prior engagements, including those obligations establish by the resolution of 1780 and the Articles of Confederation.
Our government system is established by compact, not between the Government and the State Governments but between the States as Sovereign Communities. By James Madison 1821 (This is what make the County Sheriffs the highest law enforcement officer in that County and gives him/her the authority to tell the BLM, the FBI or any other Federal Agency to get out of the County or they will be arrested and jailed.)
What I have written here is but a short piece of the process that the Founder went through to establish our Constitution and system of government.
Please view these videos and see if they don't change your mind about whether or not Cliven Bundy is in the wrong by defying the BLM.
1of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
2of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
3of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
Here's one that shows why the Sheriff of Clark County is duty bound to keep the BLM and all Federal agents from arresting Cliven Bundy.
I just read 43 USC 1733. I think it is scary and definitely needs to be reined in big time.
Agree on all, but glad to see “one of the club” finally speaking out on it.
The abusive, insanely disproportionate police actions that we are starting to see is something the feds are modeling and promoting. This has to be attacked head on as the - quite literally - police state that it has become. Much longer and no one, not even elected officials or judges, will dare to criticize it, much less confront it.
“I said there was a reason why you were not seeing the FBI and the US Marshals.”
Yes, you did. :)

Seeing the way ordinary American citizens came together to exercise their first and second amendment rights to defend liberty against lawless government tyranny gives me great hope for America!
Looked death straight in the face to defend a neighbor under siege and death blinked.
God bless the American people!!
But Jim, Stein said it was the EPA group that threatened to sue BLM if they didn’t carry out the courts order on Bundy’s ranch. So who ordered them to do so, and who put the pressure on to do so?
As said, this is possibly where Reid and his strong arm thugs in Washington came into play. And if there is an investigation , as was before on Reids strong arming, Holder can again stop it.
Thanks for this spectacular post! I’m sending it to my shooter friends.
These tortoises were doing so poorly a veterinarian, Dr. Jarchow, was consulted. He reported all six specimens were suffering from osteoporosis caused by a protein deficiency in their diet. Dr. Jarchow examined five specimens from the same mountains that shared their range with cattle. He reported these specimens were all healthy and well nourished.
The historical record proves conclusively that tortoise thrive when cattle are on the range with them and without cattle grazing they are always malnourished and unhealthy and their numbers plummet.
