Onyx's husband (DrO) is now in the hospital with heart problems and other serious health issues. Prayer support would be greatly appreciated.

Yes indeed dear Jim! I know that prayer saved my life without a doubt. God does hear our prayers and miracles do happen every single day.

A word of encouragement and a big hang in there, , the options of treatments available today are far better than 10-20 years ago .. some like me may have lived with cirrhotic issues for years, hoping that we don’t irritate it.. and maybe struggling to keep it from consuming us at some point.
I’m queing for some new stuff this year myself..
I wish ‘Pa’ Onyx well. Watch out for the cute nurses.

Thank you for that encouraging news and I will offer a prayer for your continued well being too. You may want to send onyx a FReepmail with any advice on this condition. She was pretty overwhelmed by his diagnosis. I think she was very fearful and would appreciate any and all info on the disease and treatment options available. DrO is not a drinker at all, so underlying cause or contributing factors are a mystery at this point.
I’m ging to pray a rosary for him tom.(((((Hugs)))))
Prayers on the way, and nightly. And I pray our Lord will guide those who are caring for Dr.O.

I sent her a Freepmail when this thread first appeared. Some of us think we can fix ourselves and resist going to a doctor, but sometime we have to actually go to a doctor. They are in my daily prayers.

Praying hard for our dear friends Dr. O and onyx. They have been very supportive of us and have repeatedly prayed for us as well. They don’t come any better then they are.

I am sure she will appreciate it when she gets a chance to read it. I don’t think she has had much time to follow up on posts or mail yet, but she will at some point after she has had time to digest what is happening. Your continued prayers are greatly appreciated.
