THE LAST FREEZE EVENT IMPACTING THESE LOWER ELEVATION AREAS OCCURRED NEARLY THREE WEEKS AGO. WARMER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS OVER THE PAST THREE WEEKS HAVE LED MANY CROPS TO EXPERIENCE EARLY BUD DEVELOPMENT. THUS...THE FREEZING CONDITIONS TONIGHT POSE A RISK TO THE AGRICULTURE COMMUNITY ACROSS SOUTHEAST ARIZONA IN THE AREAS HIGHLIGHTED BY THIS WARNING.

We’ve had a cold snap as well here.
It’s only 69 with a low tonight expected to be 51 degrees.
I’m gonna have to shut the windows in a few.
