WARMER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS OVER THE PAST THREE WEEKS HAVE LED MANY CROPS TO EXPERIENCE EARLY BUD DEVELOPMENT. THUS...THE FREEZING CONDITIONS TONIGHT POSE A RISK TO THE AGRICULTURE COMMUNITY ACROSS SOUTHEAST ARIZONA IN THE AREAS HIGHLIGHTED BY THIS WARNING.
