Obama Takes Victory Lap at Obamacare Presser, Says 'Debate Is Over'

President Obama said Obamacare has made the American health-care system “a lot better” and even though it has been “messy at times, it is progress” in a press conference Tuesday afternoon.
The White House said 7.1 million people have signed up for Obamacare as of today.
The president told reporters that there will be days when HealthCare.gov doesn’t work, ”I guarantee it,” but that it isn’t news anymore.
“The debate over repealing this law is over. The Affordable Care Act is here to stay,” said Obama.
President Obama chastised conservative politicians ”who based their career on repealing this law.” He said he doesn’t understand why conservatives are “working so hard for people not to have health insurance.”
The White House spent $52 million dollars in the last three months to urge people to enroll in Obamacare, but “we didn’t have billions of dollars in commercials like some critics did,” said Obama.
The president said ”many of the tall tales” were debunked along the way. “There are still no death panels. . . . Instead this law is helping millions of Americans.”
He had a warning for opponents of the law: ”History is not kind to those who would deny Americans their basic economic security.”
That means the dems are going to run on Obamacare going into the 2014 mid-terms?
instead of 37 % of the uninsured covered ,we get 12%
no deficit reduction ,but more added to the debt (2 trillion over 2 decades)
higher taxes, higher premiums

Okay Obama, if it’s “over” then release the following information:
1 ) How many of these were enrollments due to their polcies being cancelled?
2) How many are paid?
3) How many are subsidized?
4) How many are just shifted into state Medicaid programs?
5) How many are new, never insured customers?
6) What was the total and true cost of the rollout of the federal and state exchanges and where did the money all end up?
I won’t be holding my breath.

This fairy tale the keyaan told today is exactly why the GOP should have been calling him a LIAR non stop ever since the you can keep your doctor thing blew up. Grind him down like the Dems did to Bush.
Time and again the GOP lets obama off the ropes when he is off balance. The kenyan isn’t going away and will keep doing this even after he leaves the WH. So the GOP might as well start engaging his lies directly now.
