Our good friend, RedMDer's beautiful wife, Lynn is in ICU at a hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Yesterday, the news RedMDer received from two doctors was grim, but today, another wonderful doctor said that he thought her condition was "treatable." PRAISE GOD!
According to the note I received from Steve just a little earlier tonight, he thought they might start Lynn on chemo tonight!!!
I am not privy to all the details and it's not my business, but please, please, pray for Lynn's complete healing, and add some prayers for RedMDer(Steve) their two, beautiful adult daughters and their two darling granddaughters.
Lynn has been to so many doctors over the past two years and now this. At least we have hope.
Dear Lord, please hear our prayers.
Thank you for the update, and the good news that what doctors called “untreatable” is instead “beatable”, with God’s divine will. Lifting you and Lynn up in prayer here at bedtime. God be with you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to update all of us praying for Lynn.
Praise God! for this wonderful and very hopeful news!
I’m so happy she will get to home and only return to the hospital for her chemo treatments.
We’re a prayerful group of wonderful, fabulous, awesome people and it’s times like these that make me love Free Republic all the more.
God bless and keep Lynn, you, your precious family and everyone here.
Lord, please continue to hear our prayers for beautiful, sweet Lynn.
Very welcome Red!
Continued prayers for you and your wife.
I think somehow I missed pinging you. How did that happen? What a crazy week so far this has been. God Bless you and thank you.

Absolutely. I will do my best to update as we find out more. Thank you again my dear friend. God Bless you and yours.
That’s wonderful. Thank you very much. May God Bless you and yours.
Thank you so much for letting us know. Prayers continue...
Prayers for Lynn’s full recovery, may the Good Lord guide her doctors to provided healing treatments.
May God bless and keep Lynn and prayers for her recovery — and for you RedMDer.
Wonderful news, And great that you can go home and just commute for the treatments. Prayers will continue for you all.
No need to apologize. I have gone through something like this. Check my FR homepage.
But you are far ahead of where I was at that time. I accompanied my husband to the hospital for chemo — only the second time. And it was then that I walked and cried and walked and cried and walked some more. I was finally able to tell him that day that it was OK for him to die.
My heart goes out to you. Dear Lord, wrap your arms around this family and bring healing to Lynn.
So good to hear! God bless that doctor who first thought it was “treatable”! Prayers continue.
Lord, You know who Lynn is. And You know her loving husband. You know and I’m sure saddened that Lynn is fighting cancer. You have said that we may ask and that You will hear. We will receive. Lord, I am asking for a healing for Lynn. I’m asking for comfort for her husband, Steve. Please also guide the hands, hearts, and minds of her physicians. I thank you Lord for answering this prayer. I thank You for the love that You have for your children and I know that You have Lynn in Your loving arms as I pray.
Prayers lifted....
Prayers for strength and cure.
From our family to RedMDer and family.
