If government fails to protect the innocent, individuals have the responsibility to step in and do so. This problem can be solved easily, preferably on the first offense involving an attack on a child, and there are enough crocodiles in Australia to deal with the evidence afterward.

What happened to “ignorance of the law is no excuse”? Isn’t it the responsibility of any refugee or immigrant to learn the laws of his/her new home and abide by them? If not, it should be.

In Milwaukee a number of years ago there was a (I think) 12 yr old Hmong boy found naked, very disoriented, and bleeding from his backside on the street. The cops were called and arrived. While they were there a man came up to them and said that the kid was his boyfriend and that the kid was drunk. He was allowed to take the boy home and “take care” of him. The guy’s name was Jeffery Dahlmer.
