If government fails to protect the innocent, individuals have the responsibility to step in and do so. This problem can be solved easily, preferably on the first offense involving an attack on a child, and there are enough crocodiles in Australia to deal with the evidence afterward.

I’ve got a solution to this kind of “cultural differences”...a round or two into their head from a Ruger SR40. Do this a couple of times and they’ll soon get over these “cultural differences.” The same goes for the idiots who appease this behavior.
